Continuation of the Connect for Peace (C4P) Project: Second Training Session on Inclusive Leadership and Environment

Ask Educator Organization (AEO) is implementing the “Connect for Peace” (C4P) project within the framework of the “Pathways to Peace” (P2P) program, led by People in Need (PIN) in partnership with the Women Empowerment Organization (WEO), and financially supported by the European Union (EU).

As part of this ongoing initiative, we successfully held our second project training session on August 29, focusing on “Inclusive Leadership, Team Action & Environment.”

During this session, participants gained practical insights into:
- Inclusive Leadership: Fostering participation and welcoming diverse perspectives.
- Team Collaboration: Strengthening collective action and coordination among youth leaders.
- Environmental Aspects: Understanding green initiatives and ecological stewardship.

The primary goal of this session was to prepare a new generation of young leaders equipped to drive positive, sustainable change within their communities.
