Enhancing Organizational Capacity: AEO Participates in Proposal Writing and Strategic Planning Training

As part of our continuous journey toward organizational growth and community impact, Ask Educator Organization (AEO) recently participated in an intensive 2-day specialized training program dedicated to “Proposal Writing” and “Strategic Planning.”

This comprehensive training was held under the framework of the “Pathways to Peace (P2P)” project, organized by People in Need (PIN) and the Women Empowerment Organization (WEO), with the valuable financial support of the European Union (EU).

Key Objectives and Focus Areas:
- Designing Impactful Projects: Enhancing our technical skills in crafting well-structured, evidence-based project proposals that directly address community needs.
- Strategic Development: Strengthening our long-term organizational planning, monitoring, and operational sustainability.
- Maximizing Community Service: Empowering our team to deliver more effective, sustainable, and far-reaching initiatives for the communities we serve.
