Empowering Educators for Safety: AEO Conducts First Aid Training Under the Safe Schools Initiative
At Ask Educator Organization (AEO), we firmly believe that protecting a life starts with knowledge and preparedness. As part of our ongoing Safe Schools Initiative, AEO recently organized a comprehensive and vital first aid training session for teachers, conducted under the expert guidance of Mr. Reber Mohammed.
The interactive session successfully combined essential theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on practice, equipping educators with critical life-saving skills to handle emergencies effectively.
Key Topics Covered During the Training:
- Emergency Assessment and Response: Quick evaluation of critical situations and initiating immediate, safe action.
- CPR Demonstration and Practice: Step-by-step guidance and hands-on drills for cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Choking Management: Proper techniques and maneuvers to assist a person experiencing choking.
- Bleeding and Wound Care: Essential methods for controlling bleeding and managing wounds safely.
- Seizure Response: Correct procedures for responding to seizures outside of a hospital setting.
Emergency situations may happen when we least expect them, but being prepared means you can be the reason someone's life is saved. We extend our sincere appreciation to Mr. Reber Mohammed and all participating teachers for their dedication to creating a safer, more secure learning environment for our students.
