Building Capacities for a Sustainable Future: AEO Participates in Pathways to Peace (P2P) Training Series

At the Ask Educator Organization (AEO), continuous learning and institutional development are vital to achieving our mission. We are proud to have participated in an extensive series of specialized training sessions organized under the framework of the “Pathways to Peace” (P2P) Project.

This impactful capacity-building program was organized by People in Need (PIN) and the Women Empowerment Organization (WEO), with the generous support of the European Union (EU).

Key Focus Areas and Capacity Building Highlights:

- Operational & Organizational Enhancement: Refining our general operational frameworks to ensure higher efficiency and smoother workflow across our programs.
- Project Planning & Management: Upgrading our methodologies in designing, implementing, and managing sustainable community projects.
- Governance & Leadership: Strengthening effective governance structures, leadership skills, and inclusive decision-making practices within our team.
