Strengthening Institutional Capacity: People in Need (PIN) Visits AEO Under the Pathways to Peace Project
On July 30, 2025, the Ask Educator Organization (AEO) was honored to host a delegation visit from the People in Need (PIN) organization as part of our collaborative engagement in the Pathways to Peace project.
A key highlight of the visit was a comprehensive Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT) session. The session was expertly facilitated by Twana Smail, a distinguished consultant with 11 years of extensive experience in organizational development across various international organizations.
